There are three versions of DH30 MAX, with different hardwares.
From DH30 MAX, DH30 MAX V2, to DH30 MAX V5, the firmware cannot be used interchangeably due to continuous iteration and hardware differences.
if spot welder still show the old firmware version, you can delete the .bin file in U disk, then copy again.
If copy the wrong firmware, the spot welding machine cannot be turned on,you can do firmware upgrade again.

DH30 MAX V5 upgrade steps:
Before upgrade the newest firmware, please power off the spot welder first
Can only copy the .bin file to U disk,if copy wrong,spot welder will not power on.
1. Power off the spot welder,then connect the data wire to computer , your computer will show a USB disk;
2. Copy the .bin new firmware to U disk,when finish,disconnect data wire,power off and power on,Done

1. Power off the spot welder,then long click the “Power On” button,not release,hold,then spot welder screen will show “firmware upgrade” informations ;
2. Still hold, then connect the data wire to computer,spot welder screen will show “Firmware to U disk”, your computer will show a USB disk,then release the “Power on” button;
3. Copy the .bin new firmware to U disk,when finish,disconnect data wire,power off and power on,Done.
